Description: Cheryl Devine will challenge you to move your body through a variety of disciplines. Cardio, strength, core, power, stretching, balance and stamina. Clients love it because it’s high-energy, high-intensity but classes are small enough that individual attention is ensured. see schedule.
Pilates mat classes are a great place to start your training. All the fundamental movements and pilates exercise principals are incorporated into this fun invigorating class. Mat-work is easily adapted to meet any fitness level while still maximizing your workout. Mat work helps you to build your core strength correctly and increase coordination while allowing you to focus on learning the foundations correctly on order to build your skills and technique to a more advanced level.Small apparatus such as balls, pilates rings, and thera-bands are used in this class. see schedule.
Reformer classes are fun with endless exercise variations so you will never get bored! With an emphasis still on the pilates basic principals, reformer class introduces spring resistance to add another level of strength training to your pilates workout. see schedule.
A fantastic high energy class using a combination of reformer, Cadillac,chair, jump-board, mat-work and small apparatus to create a challenging and exciting workout! see schedule.
Building on the same principals as the reformer class, we transition from one exercise to another more quickly allowing the pace of the class to be faster, giving you a really challenging workout. see schedule.
